b. You shall not harvest or collect any information, including personally identifiable information, about other users of the Bidify website, including email addresses, without their express consent.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BIDIFY, ITS AFFILIATES, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE OR ANY CONTENT, EVEN IF BIDIFY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Indemnity

Notices to you may be made via email or regular mail. In the case of changes to this User Agreement, notices or links to notices may be posted on the Bidify website.
Entire Agreement
This User Agreement, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or statements posted on the Bidify website, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Bidify and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements regarding the subject matter. This User Agreement may not be amended or modified except by Bidify as set forth above. In the event of a conflict between this User Agreement and any other agreement with Bidify, the terms and conditions of the other agreement shall prevail.
